What is a Christian?
‘Christian’ was the name given to the first followers
of Jesus by some of the people they lived among.
This name then stuck and has been used
throughout history.
Christians believe that what Jesus said and how he
lived and died has the potential to radically change
everything - ourselves included.

How can I Pray?
It has sometimes been said that God speaks to us
through the Bible and we speak to God through
prayer. Unfortunately this completely under sells
the richness of prayer.
Prayer is fundementally about nurturing a
relatonship of love rather than asking for things or
informing God about what needs to happen. In
prayer it is we who are changed rather than God.
